Marbitz Eatz and Treatz operates under Colorado’s Cottage Food Act, which allows for the sale of homemade, non-potentially hazardous foods directly to consumers. Our handcrafted small-batch caramels, fudge, chocolates, and other treats are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state or local health inspections.

While we follow strict food safety practices, our products are made in a facility that also processes common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

Per Colorado law, our products cannot be shipped and are available only for sale and delivery within Colorado.
